Mothers for mothers
“Moeders voor Moeders” is an organization active throughout the Netherlands and forming part of the pharmaceutical company Aspen Oss B.V. Moeders voor Moeders’ goal is to help couples who are having difficulty in trying to have a baby. To do this, we collect urine from women who have just become pregnant. From this we then take the hCG hormone. This hormone is used by pharmaceutical companies to produce medicines for women with fertility problems.1
You can register anytime from the time you first know you are pregnant up to and including the 11th week of your pregnancy. You will be able to take part anytime between the 6th and 16th week (inclusive) of pregnancy. It is during this time that your urine contains the highest concentrations of the hCG hormone. You can register by using the registration form on this website, or by calling us at 088-278 0000. Participating in the Moeders voor Moeders program is only possible if you live in the Netherlands.2
