Do you have a complaint?
Despite our efforts, it may happen that you are not satisfied. For example, with your treatment, the appointments, or the communication.
Please discuss this with us, preferably with the person concerned. We are happy to take the time to discuss your complaint.
If you are unable to resolve the matter together, you can contact the complaints officer of the CBKZ (Central Bureau for Complaints Management in Healthcare). They are expert and impartial, work independently, and assist you with support and/or advice. They can also mediate in finding a solution.
