The assistants
Cécile, Claudia, and Anita are our practice assistants at the secretariat. You will be welcomed by one of our Practice Assistants at every check-up. On working days, they can be reached by telephone from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. They also answer emails.
They are happy to assist you with scheduling your appointments. You can also contact them for any non-medical questions.
