They are being replaced by somewhat stronger hairs, especially on top of the head. Incidentally, your baby already has real eyebrows too.  <\/p>\n<p>At every prenatal check-up, the midwife feels your belly to check if your baby is growing well. At this moment, the top of your uterus reaches almost to your navel. Your baby has now reached about half of his or her final length. And that corresponds quite nicely with the gestational age, because you are already almost halfway there.   <\/p>\n<p>En lenig dat je kind nu is! Most pregnant women gradually regain more energy around the fourth month. Are you still very tired? That *could* indicate an iron deficiency. You are often also prone to dizziness and quite pale in that case. Ask your midwife or GP if they can measure your hemoglobin level. This is easy to do with a finger prick. Incidentally, iron deficiency is a common ailment during pregnancy and nothing to worry about.       <\/p>\n<p>A lot of iron is simply needed for the growth of your child, the placenta, and the uterus. You can get extra iron from your diet. Vegetables such as spinach, endive, lamb&#8217;s lettuce, and beets, but also nuts, currants, raisins, dried apricots, apple syrup, and whole-grain products, are rich in iron. You can also take Roosvicee ferro in addition to your diet.
